In any event, we apologize for not delivering the stay experience you were expecting from us and for that, I profoundly apologize. I care deeply about what our guests think and perceive and we work hard at managing their expectations. Unfortunately, sometimes, no matter what decision we make or how careful we are with our thought-process, we do end-up alienating some of our constituents, and that is most regrettable for me as a hotel GM. We have always tried to manage this important asset in a very responsible way. Please know that our decisions to operate the hotel in this pandemic were well thought-out but were difficult given what we have been dealing with these past 14 months. We also directed our hotel guests to Sparrow Coffee in our lower lobby and we provided an assortment of breakfast items in our Market-Place including coffee, bagels, muffins, breakfast cereals, yogurts et cetera. In an effort to provide some alternative options, we did offer breakfast in our rooftop restaurant Santo Cielo over the weekends. The Covid-19 impact on our hotel was very significant as we furloughed about 80% of staff following the reduction in business and leisure travel. Clearly these are great amenities the hotel has but because of the Covid-19 pandemic, and in accordance with the guidelines from the State of Illinois, we have had no choice but to close the fitness center and the food and beverage offerings on the second floor. I sincerely empathize with you for not being able to utilize the fitness center and dine in our restaurant for breakfast. I truly apologize that your were placed in a guestroom close to an elevator when you specifically asked not to be there clearly this was a mis-step on our part and we have addressed this as part more customer-focused training.
